Wedding Day Management

The wedding day management package, also known as Day-of Coordination, is for couples who feel comfortable managing all of their vendors but would like a little guidance throughout the planning process. We would handle all of the vendor management starting 30-60 days prior to your wedding.

  • Get to know one another through in-person or virtual meetings

  • Unlimited email communication

  • 2 hour in-person or virtual meeting to discuss details and wedding plans

    Create a minute by minute timeline that fits your wedding day

    Distribution of final timeline and layout with vendor team

    Check in with couple, wedding party and vendor team the week of wedding

  • 8 hours of coordination on day of the wedding (additional hours are available at an arranged rate)

    Coordination for wedding party, guests, and vendors

    Cueing the entire wedding party each part of the day

    In all communication with immediate family and wedding parties of details

    Overseeing wedding party getting ready during hair and make up

    Point of contact for vendors

    Facilitate set up of ceremony and reception venue with décor provided by the wedding couple

    Overseeing timeline and schedule

    Distribution of gratuities to vendors

    Overseeing cleanup and packing belongings

    Emergency kit on hand

    Taking care of any surprises

    Additional $250 for assistant with weddings over 150 guests

Partial Planning Packages

Many of our couples opt for a Partial Planning Package to coincide with their venue’s existing offerings. We pick up wherever you need assistance as well as day-of coordination.

    Additional $350 for third day-of staff member for weddings with multiple venues or over 200 guests

Custom Packages

A la carte services are available to create a custom package that aligns with the size, space and budget of your day. The planning should feel as personal as the event itself!
